We love making custom jewelry
There are 4 steps to getting a piece of custom jewelry made from Dusk:
During the consultation, we find out exactly the design you want and sketch the basic design (we may ask you for a simple sketch, as well). Once the basics have been discussed, we get started on the design in CAD. Fill out the form below to get started!
There is a non-refundable design fee of $50 per hour (although most designs won’t take an hour). This fee is separate from the final price. Once the CAD design is done, we will send you a quick video to show you the design from all angles to make sure that everything is exactly how you want it.
Once you’ve approved the CAD design, we send it to our caster to get the final price quote for you. You can then decide whether or not you will still like the piece to be made. You can cancel the order at any time up until this point.
We will notify you once we get the piece in from the caster and you will be sent an invoice at that time. Invoices are due in 7 days, per our company’s standard payment policy. Once it’s finished, it’s packed up and you’ll receive the tracking number once we purchase the shipping label.
